Templates Archive is currently disabled

Why would we turn it off, i wanted free templates!  Well,  with the impending launch of 1.3.0 framework sites the template archive is actually integrated into your on line demo accounts.    So,  to avoid confusion on how this will work with 1.3 we just turned it off for about a week.   Check back in a few days when 1.3.0 is released and this will all make sense!
For information on the 1.3 release visit our change log to see what going to be there

Share, Sell, Store for free

The FrameWork Sites Archive is a free resource for developers and designers to share, sell and store their custom templates and elements. Mark your work as public and it will be available to anyone viewing the archive, or keep it private until you are ready to publish it. You can also set a price for your templates and elements. FrameWork Sites users can then contact you to purchase your work and you have the power to authorize whether they can use it or not.

Creating Templates is easy.  When you develop your template and are ready to add it to the archive, you simply click the 'Export Site to FWS File' action in the administration.   This will download a packed FWS file that "is" your site template.   Then from your FWS account you can upload it to your personal archive and mark whether it for sale, free to public, or for private storage.
